To secure a date for your reservation, you must submit a non-refundable depost of 10% of your total costs (which will be deducted off the final bill) and completed contract form.
Payment in full is required no later than seven (7) days prior to the start of the event for which a reservation has been made. The payment amount is to be calculated by multiplying the applicable per-night rate (see rate sheet) times the number of campers attending.
